Before we begin, let's have a discussion around which tuning forks are the best to work with and how to find the right set for you!

I highly recommend working with the best quality of instrumentation, as we are working with the human energy field and our wellbeing it is always recommended to use the highest quality tools. Tuning forks can be precisely tuned and made from high quality materials and come in either weighted or unweighted forks.

I believe working with both weighted and unweighted forks are important as they do incredibly different, yet power adjustments in both the auric field and the physical body. The benefits to having both forks really creates a full mind, body, spirit connection to the lessons throughout this course and if you have the finances and total interest, I would recommend purchasing all 9 Solfeggio Unweighted and all 4 weighted forks.

If your budget is a little lighter, which is totally understandable in these times as living on the planet can be an expensive cost, I would say the basic and minimum forks to begin working with would be at least 4 Unweighted Forks and 2 weighted forks.

Finding a combination that works for you would look like:

- Choosing forks that have a basic use, so I highly recommend 174hz always as a base tuning fork in the unweighted selection.

- Choosing forks that hold a beautiful and significant interval for you. Ie the interval of a perfect fourth or fifth *if you are sitting here like "I have NO idea what that means" please do not worry! This is why you're taking the course and it is my job to teach you, leaving you feeling empowered about the understanding of sound and basic music theory.
